If you chose “Reimagine,” so did SWANA! This year’s annual event has been reimagined to focus on waste as a resource. (There’s another “R” word for you!)
Per SWANA, the “R” in RCon represents the many words in our industry beginning with “R.” The inaugural RCon this November 12-15 in Columbus, OH, will focus on three key “R” words – Resource, Relevant, and Reinnovate. Why these three words
Digging a little deeper into the significance of these three keywords, SWANA shares that “Resource” represents its mission of advancing waste as a resource management. “Relevant” represents the relevant topics, technology, and equipment featured at RCon. “Reinnovate” represents the opportunity for attendees to advance their innovations and ideas to the next level.
One of Elizabeth’s favorite “R words” is “ouR.” “This entirely new experience from SWANA will be about OUR industry and meeting OUR needs for professional development and peer-to-peer learning,” Elizabeth said.
